Sydenham and Forest Hill CND Peace and Plant Fair took place on 31 May in Mayow park, bringing together local members and residents for their annual fundraising event in support of CND-related causes. This year, the group raised money for Medical Aid for Palestinians and the Chernobyl Children’s Charity. Selling flowers, houseplants, and CND badges, they raised an impressive £600 for the two charities — a great result for two
great causes.
