STOP PRESS If you haven’t already picked up the good news – all charges against those arrested at the Lakenheath Big Blockade in April last year have been dropped! The decision follows in the wake of other positive court decisions, including against climate activists, and the High Court ruling that the proscription of Palestine Action was unlawful.
Lakenheath Alliance for Peace is planning its second International Peace Camp on 1-6 April, with accommodation for those traveling from out of the area. All sorts of actions to raise the profile and generate much needed publicity that United States nukes are now stationed in the quiet Suffolk countryside.
The six-day event will include workshops and training sessions at the main gate during the day, and at the village hall.in the local village hall. There will be banner making & art workshops, music & singing, NVDA training, and more. You can sign up here to take part.
